Reborn Remodeling began in 2006 when the owner, Henry Ziemer, began flipping properties purchased at auctions as a full-time business under the company name Ziemer Properties and picture on this page are kitchens and baths from these properties. These houses required all types of interior and exterior repair and remodeling, including kitchen and bath remodeling. When the mortgage industry made changes due to the subprime mortgage crisis causing real estate sales to drop then Mr. Ziemer started working for homeowners under the company name Reborn Remodeling. Mr. Ziemer and those who work with him are highly skilled craftsmen with over 19 years experience in the trades.
